FAQ’s for brand launchpad

  • If you're located near Bristol or London we'd love to meet you face to face if possible, although we have a proven track record running successful programmes remotely.

  • We require a deposit /commitment fee of 20% after completion of the first phase....

    Easy payment terms 40% upfront + payment at end of month 1 and payment at end of month 2.

    We require payment upon completion of each phase and final payment on programme completion before any assets are released.

  • As a guide we aim for an 8-10 week turn around for the Essential package, but this is dependant on your available time through the processes/ per phase. Please let us know your available hours per week when completing the form.

  • Yes, we are happy to discuss how we can help you achieve your goals no matter the current status of your brand.

  • We will provide detailed costs once we have agreed programme details and any add ons. If anything further to the agreed programme elements is required at a later stage we would discuss and confirm prices before going ahead.

  • Yes, we can talk through all package details and add ons before we begin the programme to confirm all elements required.

  • This depends on which brand programme package you decide on and if this is needed at the start. We aim for an 8-10 week turn around for the Essential package, with an additional 2-3 weeks for the different pitch decks. Timeframes are also dependant on your available time throughs the processes. Please let us know your available hours per week when completing the form.
